William Pittman aka: Billy Pittman and his brother Casey Pittman are scam artists.
They follow hail storms and then talk their way into promising you a free roof.
What they do is over charge your insurance company to replace your roof,
Then skip town leaving you with the material bill. Billy is a smooth talker and knows the insurance lingo. He brags about bribing insurance adjusters. He is not to be trusted. He asked us for $10,000 as an upfront payment Then charged us for the materials. We learned later he used shingles we bought
on another house. Do not use Billy Pittman or his roofing company. You can check him out at
and see where others are suing him for fraud and other issues. You can see where other companies are suing him for not paying the material bills.

I ran into these guys. Billy Pittman is indeed a smooth talker. He asked my 19 year old daughter out on a date and we found out later he is married with 5 children. Don't trust Billy or Casey Pittman. Both have criminal backgrounds that can be found on the oscn.net site.

They arent liscenced roofers and dont have insurance. Needless to say I was left high and dry, and good luck suing them, they dont have a pot to piss in. These two are theifs and scammers. Upon investigation, I learned they have done this to tons of other people and have even been on the news a few times.. once they get in over their heads they simply change their business name. I was able to find two different company names online.
