LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: This is a SCAM-RIPOFF WARNING against an Oklahoma publicly-traded company, founded by a true minor god of the public rip off business. And I want to CAUTION YOU right here, up front, that there are so-called "repuation cure" people who will attempt to come against me, and will say things to cover up their MASSIVE, ASTRONOMICAL TOTAL RIP-OFF of the American public. This is a 300 million dollar company, founded about 30 years ago by a CROOK of LEGENDARY proportions named HARLAND STONECIPHER. HARLAND STONECIPHER tells his "story" in interviews as if he is a Savior. A Prophet. A Messiah. And it is sickening. I am TALKING ABOUT PRE-PAID LEGAL, also known as "LEGAL
SHIELD". They are based in Ada, OK and in Colorado, also. I was looking for legal representation, in May, 2011. I was attempting to protect myself and my property from an insane, nutso, jack-off property manager, named WALTER ANTHONY JENNINGS, AND HIS PSYCHOPATHIC GIRLFRIEND/SHACK-UP, CONNIE JO CHILDERS. THESE TWO CRIMINALS WILL BE IN ANOTHER RIP OFF REPORT IMMED- IATELY, so please look for it. I saw an advertisement for PPL (PRE-PAID LEGAL), somewhere, perhaps on-line, on television, somewhere. I had majors cases, and I had been screwed over by a Tulsa law firm ( That's sure as heck nothing unusual !!!!!!), and I needed to "get on down the road", with my legal business. I had heard of PPL, but never talked to them about what they actually do. So, I saw this advertisement. I called a number, and got this young guy, who (stunningly) was in Minnesota, working for a used car outfit !!! Well, I told this guy all about my cases. This guy explained to me, ( now: read this carefully.....this is VERY important!!) that they sold this "PRE-PAID LEGAL" thing, as a membership thing. My monthly membership
fees were ( sounded ) quite reasonable....based on the pack of bulls*** lies he told me about what they ( PRE-PAID LEGAL ) were about to do for me. This guy in Minnesota, this used car hustler, told me that they were LITERALLY going to, and I QUOTE, verbatim, " SOLVE ALL YOUR PROBLEMS ". REMEMBER: I AM NOT PARAPHRASING.....I AM QUOTING THIS SCAMMER, WORD FOR WORD !!!! You see, this scammer did not tell me that he was merely a straight commission multi-level marketing flunky. I thought I was dealing with a hired, professional, inside type of guy. But PPL HAS NO straight - up, necktie wearing, salaried "inside" people. All of their so-called inside people, are either bean counters, or, they are people who put out fires. So to say. He told me that I was going to be talking to a LEGAL PROVIDER firm in TULSA, and they would "solve all my problems" "once you pay your membership fees". LEGAL PROVIDER !! Boy! Well, that all sounds very steak and potatoes, doesn't it ? Sounds like were all gonna put on the ARMOR OF GOD and DO BATTLE, does it not ? Especially, when they told me that my provider firm was going to be none other, than Riggs, Abney, Neal, Turpen ( yeah.....that TURPEN, the swearing, cursing, big mouth who ran an unsuccessful bid for OK Governor....), et al. They're a very old, supposedly dependable, law house in Tulsa. So, wowboy!! I was a happy as a fruit bat in a peach orchard ! So, I gave them three cases. My cases were assigned three, very professional, super guys, that I really found pleasant to work with, and people that wanted to do something for me. But, then, the roof caved in: I learned, not from PPL, not from the used car guy that sold me my membership, but from my attorneys at Riggs, Abney, that they could only write a letter, or make one phone call, or otherwise make a first contact..... then, they had to "refer me out to another attorney". What ? Excuse me ? I don't get it. You let me establish a working relationship with good lawyers, and then you sabotage me, by jerking my cases out from under the attorneys, and "refer me" out to ANOTHER attorney ? That does not make a Helluva lot of sense to me. But, that's what they did.They sent my cases down to this "referral desk", which is being operated, by some kind of twist, a complete moron, who then proceeds to farm me out like a used airplane part. You dig this, folks ? This chick, this ignorant little chick, just apparently gets on the phone, and "shotguns" me out to anybody in the damned zip code. She sends me to attorneys that don't even practice the kind of law I need. This worse-than-pathetic little woman even referred me to a Tulsa lawyer, a woman, who demanded, literally, TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS UP FRONT, or she would not even read my mail !!!!!! And, she does this over and over again. I complain to my so-called, co-ordinator, an angry middle-aged chick, who is apparently there for only one reason: to suffer the complaints of the irate, pissed-off, abused, lied-to-and-forgotten-about members of this pathetic, loser, situation. She had not one thing to contribute, except to remind me to keep paying my membership dues, or, QUOTE: I would be cancelled. Oh, boy, did she love to threaten me with cancellation !!!! Finally, I received in the mail, a book of standard procedures, describing in detail how I was screwed, blued and tatooed by PRE-PAID LEGAL, and by Riggs, Abney, Neal, Turpen, et al. They ( PPL ) do everything in TITLES. TITLE I says this.TITLE II says something else. TITLE III says something else. But, what it ALL added up to, is: They cannot help you and they are not in the business of performing an actual service. These people kick me around like an old, stupid, football.
