| This company makes multiple phone calls to our company, trying to sell us their automotive supplies. They have been asked to not call back on numerous occassions. On 11/08/10, the representative called back after being told we weren't interested in purchasing at this time, and called me a "b*tch who needed his shoe up my a**." My boss asked for his supervisor who was promptly put on the phone, only to defend the employee. At no time did anyone from my company speak rudely to PR Supply and no employee at my company used vulgar language with them. |

| Except for the vulgar language (which I am sure would eventually be headed our way given enough time) this company also calls ours on a weekly basis, trying to sell us auto parts we aren't interested in. I hope for the sake of any actual customers they may sell to that their auto parts are quality because their sales people sure don't appear to be. |

PR Supply runs a weekly advertisment locally for 6-8 new sales reps needed the premise changes every week sometimes saying they need new reps due to increased sales or once saying 6 reps had died or some other scenario they never state the actual name of their company just promises of skys the limit income also every week the contact person changes never the same indivdual and their training is a compressed 1-2 hour cold call demostration then you are on your own the back room boiler room is just what it is they should come clean and present themselves as a legtimate business be very aware if you think about going to work at this company the product they push are cheap plastic accesories for pneumatic die grinders.
This has been going on on a weekly basis in the help wanted section of the paper for many years makes you stop and think about why they so much trouble keeping employees? |

These guys are a bunch of complete douchebags. I have delt with them for a while as our company already did business with them when I started. We are currently beginning the process of filing fraud charges on them. We stopped doing business with them for at least 6 months or so, and suddenly we got a package from UPS with a bill for over $300. They refuse to refund the money to our credit card until they get the package back. They later offered to let us "keep" the package (heat-shrink butt connectors" for $100 and call it even.
Do not do business with them and report them with the BBB and California State AG office. That is what we are doing.
Some more tidbits on these wastes of skin:
Apparently they are all related. The manager is our service rep's dad and his cousing was the one who supposedly charged us for the package. We can only seem to get the manager/dad "Dale" on the phone and never "Drake" or "Greg-the-cousin".
They spoof their phone number so it appears to come from Missouri (we are located in Iowa). I would assume they do this to appear regionally local to us.
At one time our rep "Drake" was supposedly in a motorcycle accident. His dad/manager was cold-calling around saying the proceeds of today's sales were going towards his hospital bill. Yeah right.
Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OF SCAMMERS and REPORT THEM! |

| Liars and thieves. They will ship you items you never ordered, charge you and then when you attempt to return these items they refuse to give you a refund. They strive to get your money and then under no circumstance return it back to you, whether you ordered the item or not, are dissatisfied with the items, no matter; they will never give you a refund. |

| We received a phone solicitation from a Don representing P R Supply pushing their exceptional quality tie wraps. I told Don that we do not buy items from unknown vendors unless we first inspect and test samples. Don stated that since we have such an exceptional credit profile he would unconditionally guarantee the merchandise in that if we were dissatisfied for any reason he would have the products picked up at his expense. Within a few days we received a box of various tie wraps for scrutiny. The tie wraps turned out to be not only weak and cheap but also way over priced. I called don back that day and requested that the order be picked up. He stated he would send a UPS pick up ticket asap. He did not. When I called about ten days later and I finally got him on the phone he said they don't send pick up tickets. I said, then why did you represent that you would on two occasions. I sent a written request to pick up the items within 30 days as we cannot be responsible and cannot afford to store abandoned merchandise. To date the items are still here and the demand letters along with the regular threatening phone calls to ruin my credit are still coming.What a scam.
