charging my account without permission

WARNING!! If you have seen the ad on TV regarding the product PowerHCG for weight control, I would suggest you think twice before ordering. The ad states you can lose up to 25 lbs. in 25 days. They offer you a free trial and charge $7.95 for shipping and handling. I tried it and it made me ill!!
Now, this order was placed on 7/18/11 AND then they sent out another supply on 7/30/11 and charged my account for $89.95. I was told I should have cancelled my account within 12 days if I did not want any more orders. That is a far cry from the 25 days they say it takes to see if in fact you do lose the 25 lbs. in 25 days.
I called this company to cancel my account and got an authorization to return the product for a refund. They finally refunded my account for only $58.45 so I proceeded to call them once again to get this issue resolved. I was told it was their policy to charge a restocking fee of $31.50 to put the bottle back on the shelf!!! Since when does it cost anyone $31.50 to place a bottle on a shelf that I did not even order?
In my opinion, this is a total scam of the public. Just beware of what you are buying online or by phone regarding these ads being put out on our TV screens.
