I ordered Insanity because there was a sale for it being advertised. I ordered it on June 12th and I received an email from paypal stating that the order has been processed to . Then I received an email from customer support at power90xonsale.com saying that the order has been received and processed and that I will soon receive a tracking number. I then got one more email from the same support email saying: Tracking number was generated electronically for your reference.

Best Regards, Well it is June 22nd and its 10 days after i processed the order... Nothing. So i started to think something was weird... I never got a number to call just the email... I emailed and nothing back so I started to look online... the website is gone... I found a report on the same situation... this sucks! I will be going to the bank and filing for fraud on this. Do not buy from this website please! |

| sad to say... but i am going through the same problem with them as well!!! i am sick of it, probably some little china man sitting back and ripping everyone off! They... whoever THEY.. are.. sent me a phone number to call for any questions.. well go figure.. it doesn't work! They website is still there.. but when i go on to my account, it says i have ordered nothing! i have emailed this supposedly p90x support email.. again.. probably someone just sitting at home receiving my messages thinking... sorry about your luck sucker.. i received an email back from a Nancy.. stating... everythings ok.. don't worry... yeah.. real professional right?? it has now been 12 days since i ordered them... and nothing.. the tracking number i was given, is pretty close to the one you received too... when i enter it into the ups site tracking thing.. it says something about july25 it was somewhere in china something or other.. an it is still getting ready to be sent out... although my email as of this morning.. august 2, 201 just stated that it was shipped out! ugh!! i have already spoke with paypal and they said to let them know, within 24 hrs of emailing them, and they will set up a claim against them for fraud, and that they will credit back my credit card. Plus just to be on the safe side.. i called my bank and had them stop my credit card, and issue me a new one with a new number so that charlie wang can't rip me off anymore than he obviously already has! Please let me know... what ever happened with your situation :) thanks |
