| I just wanted to give everyone a head's up on using Pool and Drain Professor. They are a very smooth talking company that wants nothing more than your money. We had to have our pool liner replaced and a few other things done to the pool. Well $8,000.00 later they left the vacuum attachment behind my liner and there are so many rocks under my liner that I am scared that someone will stub their toe on it and not to mention the holes that will be put in the liner because of it. Also they stated that they didnt have time to cut out the liner for the skimmer hole and that was left for us to do, they didn't glue the pipes together and we had water spraying out of our pump because they left it undone. I have tried calling them several times and to no avail have they returned my call. I have left several messages letting them know if I don't hear back from them by a certain date I would have no choice but to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. Nick Noel has promised me that someone would be out to my house last weekend and of course no one showed up nor did I receive a phone call letting me know that they wouldn't be there and now when I try to call they wont answer at all. My husband and I hired them in February and paid half down and they required the other half in May and promised us they would be out to fix our problems and yet we have seen nothing of them. The list goes on with this company but there is way to many things to list. So if you are in need of pool repair DO NOT CALL POOL AND DRAIN PROFESSOR!!!! They will take your money and run!!!! |

| I fully agree with this poster's assessment. This company (Nick and Luigi) seem to want to do the right thing but seem incapable of doing it and then taking responsibility. I will not go through my long tale of woe, but these guys are bad news and do not deserve your business. |

| We too got burned by Pool & Drain Professor. LIke the poster above, they scamed us out of $8000. Took every bit of money we had saved and we had to have 90% of the work they did redone by another company using borrowed money. They talk smooth and seem to know what they are doing and that they care, but THEY DO NOT. After some research, I discovered they are both convicted felons, they are NOT licensed contractors (even though they gave us a license number), and have mulitple judgements against them in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. Go to the Virginia Supreme Court website and click on General District Court Case information. Type in Nick Noel or even N Noel and choose your city. They will all come up. Needless to say, filing a judgement against them is pointless since you will be only one of many in line waiting for money from them (and I am talking thousands of dollars), BUT I strongly urge anyone who has been scammed by these guys to file a complaint with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR). Doing so could result in the Commonwealth Attorney pressing criminal charges against them. I would also like to add that after talking to the Commisioner of Revenue's office here in Virginia Beach, I found that the business lilcense in in Luigi's name and was applied for under the category "mobile repair". Even though they are operating WAY outside the bounds of thier business license, have so many judgements against them, are scamming people left and right, have served jail time for everything from posession, distribution, fraud, bad checks, and grand larceny, and are preforming work that should require a class C contrators license, the Revenue's office would not revoke their license and I was pretty much told that as long as the city gets their money for the license they don't really care what happens after that. There are no laws to protect us as consumers and after a conversation with a detective in the Economic Crimes Division, I was left feeling absolutely powerless that these criminals conned a decent and honest family like mine out of all our money, left a hell of a mess in our backyard, and NOBODY seems to care or want to help me. It's shameful. I also contacted WAVY news 10, but recieved no response. |
