Plymouth Direct Mighty Fixit Misleading ordering process - overcharging customers orth wales, Pennsylvania

This company will try to charge you for extra items you probably don't want. We ordered 6 rolls of their product, and we were charged for 12 rolls and 4 bottles of some other product they are selling. The shipping fee ends up to be way higher than advertised and if you receive and open the package they send you, then, if you get a refund at all, they only refund for the product you return, not the extremely overpriced shipping and handling charge.

Don't let them screw you! You can fight back. We called the Pennsylvania Department of Consumer Affairs and we are going to file a complaint. If enough people complain they will hopefully forced to clean up their act.

We had emailed and called every day since we ordered a week ago, and nobody contacted us back. After emailing them our course of action, as mentioned above, somebody contacted us the next day and said to send the package back for a full refund... but I guess they had to be threatened first, before they were interested in solving our issue.

Really bad experience! The most awful customer service, they don't even answer your call!
