This compay platinum online group took $99.49 out of my account the same day December 16,2010 twice. I called my bank to find out what this was about and they told me the phone number and this company. My bank wanted me to contact this company so I did. All I get is voicemail and a website to go to. I have left them a bunch of meessages and i haven't received a call back. My bank told me that it was for some membership and I told my bank that i have never applied for any membership. I told my bank that I was an idiot and applied for a loan online. All I Want Is My Money Back because now my account is in the negatives with a $33.00 overdraft charge. The email site that the 18182559973 gives you did give a bunch of different phone numbers and I called every single one and they keep telling me that they have nothing under my name or email address. What can I do besides file for fraud against these people?

| Saturday I went to my bank, I wrote a check for 40.00. I was told I could not get forty dollars. Come to find out on July 22nd, 2011 Platinum Online Group with drew 99.49 from my account. I did not authorize this company to with draw any monies from my account. My bank gave me a copy of a check that Platinum Online Group had made up for themselves. It had my name and address in the corner, my banks name accross the middle. Chek number 735 which was ytheir check, my checks are well into the 30's. I only had 77.00 in my account. My bank paid it, which makesthe responcibul. My bank never pays anything if I am over drawn, and they paid this making me 21.00 over drawn. I have made a complaint to my attorney general and turned it into BBB. I am also going to complain all the way to California. Number is 1-818-266-9973. Watch out!! My information was gotten thru a pay day loan probabably, I talk to a lawyer. Just think your own citizens will rip you off and think nothing about it. This is fraud, maybe a class action suit if enough people get behind it. |
