PLATINUM LEGAL SERVICES & DEREK ROBERTSON Took $3200, but NEVER provided loan remodification Santa Ana, California

We began dealing with Platinum Legal Services / Derek Robertson in February or March of 2009. He gave us all sorts of promises. We gave him $3200. Platinum never did anything to get this loan other than to submit the original paperwork, something we did ourselves. We spent endless hours working with our mortgage company, while DEREK ROBERTSON of PLATINUM LEGAL SERVICES did nothing!

This is December 2010. We found out Friday that the home loan remodification that we thought we received was rejected almost six month ago over a technicality. Had we been informed of this technicality, it could have been immediately taken care of. Had Platinum Legal Services been doing what we paid them to do, we would have been notified of this small technicality.

We are now facing the possibility of losing the home that we have live in for almost nine years because our property is valued at about half of what we paid for it in 2002. This was not some risky purchase; we put down over $100,000!!

DO NOT TRUST DEREK ROBERTSON OF PLATINUM LEGAL SERVICES OF CALIFORNIA!! He ripped off many people in his home loan remodification scam.
