I cannot believe in this day and age that we can be treated so badly by a card processing company. to start I was looking for a new company for process cards when I found Pivotal, they promised no contract , set rates And the stupid thing is is I believed them. well fast forward 3 years and I was ready to look for another processor that did not have so many fees so when I called to cancel I was told I was under contract. I said how could that be, so loo and behold he came back and said I had signed a contract 3 years ago so I said fine I want to cancel . I was then told because I had not contacted them 60 days before the contract ended I was auto renewed for 3 more years, how could I have done this when all this time I had assumed I was NOT under contract. So now they want to hit me with a fee of $2454.00 to cancel. They will not work with you I've called and emailed them and all I get is you signed the contract The supposed WECARE email to contact is just as bad they will send it back down the line and promise a positive result but thats when I got the call that if I want to cancel it will cost me the $2454. I sent another email off and my reply was this Good Afternoon, I am very sorry to hear that you did not reach a resolution to your concerns. Please allow me to look into this and I will have a subject matter expert contact you tomorrow. As I said, I apologize and will do everything I can to help you with your cancelation request. Thank you for your patience and understanding I am waiting in anticipation! HA, HA. I'm sure they will send me back to the same rep and the same results You signed a contract. so at this point this prisoner is still in prison with no chance of parole (You can write me in care of PIVOTAL PAYMENTS PRISON, Melville, NY) I will update this blog when I next hear from them. til then Do not sign with this company their sales reps will lie and promise anything to get your business, but once you sign your a prisoner and no hope. I could go on. Ijust hope this will save even 1 person fron signing with this DEVIOUS company
