Pinnnacle Cart Desert Dog Software, LLC Pinnacle Cart lies so they can sell you buggy software Phoenix, Arizona |

Pinnacle cart promised my client the best shopping cart software. What he got instead was unusable software that continued to have problems. After canceling their hosted solution we tried installing the software on our own server which became a nightmare. After countless of hours of debugging and calling and e-mailing we finally got the shopping cart software to work after several months of work. Styling the car was near impossible and had to find an outside professional to rework the css so the cart did not look like slap it up template. Finally when ready to launch the site live we ran into a problem with an error. I called support which they said had "expired" They charge an obscene amount of money for what should be free support like most other legit software companies do. The guy on phone refused to help at first but then gave me a hint "on how to fix it" I followed his hint which fixed the error but then created whole new problem and now nothing on the site works when clicked. Tried calling back again and just wanted me to pay more extortion money to fix another problem that their suggestion caused. The reality is the software is buggy and complex to use. They then try to extort thousands of dollars out of you to fix the problem instead of just providing a good product or at least good support to fix it when things go wrong. What a disaster. There are plenty of free and open source carts better than this. They just want you to keep paying them and paying them and paying them. Do not buy this software or you will be tearing your hair out for months. |
