Every time a problem rises with Pinnaclecart a payment needs to be made in order to have someone fixing a problem.
I have experience so many problems with Pinnaclecart that the only reason they say I am experiencing this problems is because I do not have my Holst Service with them. It seens that once you purchase the cart, for every problem that rises, you have to pay at least a $75.00 fee to have them looking into solving your problem with the cart. I was had called for a support and was told that did not have a phone support. Than after paid a yearly subscription of phone support, I was told that I could be heard. So after saying my problem, I was told "a fix is coming soon, thanks for calling tachnical suppport, is there anything else we can assist you with ?" really !!!! pay a yearly subscription of phone support just to hear that a fix was on its way ????? Then other problems raised and more payments needed to be made to have problems fixed.
At one instance I was told that I needed to purchase a phone support,, even after I had said that I already had phone support subscription, they told me that they were sorry and that I need to purchase a phone support otherwise they needed to end the call and direct me to a e-mail support. After pleading with the attendant they figured out that it was a mistake and that I surely had a phone support. I had so many problems with this company.... the software is good but the support team only operates if you pay them to help you. Actually it seems that you pay customer support subscription to hear them saying that you need to pay them to help you with support. Everytime a support is needed I had to pay a $75.00 dollars fee to have them fix the problems.
Today I had enough and if a lawyer can help me with this company I would appreciate. For I have all e-mails recorded, with all the complaints. I recorded every incident occurred with this company. I just want the cart to function without problems, that it. By the way, I have purchased two licenses, a phone support year subscription and paid for so many technical support problems to be fixed.
It seems that only you're willing to pay for support you can have then fixing the problems on the cart.
