I order a full lace wig from pinklace wig online for 280,00 and they sent the wrong lace wig ear to ear lace wig and i call the day that i got the wrong full lace wig and talk to amber Staff (Amber)
1/21/2011 10:14:27 AM customer called in about getting the wrong wig today. not altered nor used. prob with the full lace. wants laced all throughout however the ear part is missing. the lace at the ears is half inch. feedbac 48hrs i call back and a lady gave me a phone to call the store where the owner is so i call this number 240 638 9142 no answer so i left a message no one return my call so i this was going for days no one got back to me so i call my credit card company and will fill out form to stop this tranaction and i sent a complaint to bbb about this company .. beware of pink lace wig online they will sent out wrongfull lace wigand will not work with you and will try to keep your money ,,that you work hard for ,this is a ripoff company so i sent the fulllace back to 7908 georgia ave silver spring md 20910 this is the store address ,sent back certified mail .well that start to get my money back from this online ripoff

| Every one. I ordered over $400 custom wig from them. After they got confirmation of payment I could not contact with them. Never reply for email, hung up phone calls and disconnect. Now I let this problem to my attorney to handle this issue. I searched other cases. Most people does not receive the product even. Some people got wig, but these are $25 to 30 cheep party wigs. They don't even care about the hair color. If you google like " pinklacewig Tiffany Amber" and see the result of image. You can see exactly the same people up load the good comments or defense for this company. | I spoke with a customer service rep and had two Chat room conversations to confirm the color of a wig before ordering. I was assured the wig I saw on their website was dark brown so I ordered it with special instructions to only ship it if it was dark brown. Well, they sent me a "jet black" wig. They refused to pay S/H to return it and then said they would reject the return package because it did not have the RMA number on it, which means I will pay S/H three times just to get a credit. Tiffany, the store manager, said they would deduct $8 restocking fee from my credit. I told her if her staff said it was black I would never order the wig because I only wanted a dark brown wig, as stated on the order form. They are not customer focus; they have no concept of business retention or repeat business because I for one will not order from them again because of the poor customer service policies. I do not recommend anyone else doing business with them either. Contact the owner, Silvera Harris to regarding unresolved issues, the States Consumer Protection Agency (typically found in the D.A.'s Office), the Better Business Bureau and consumer advocacy agencies online to file complaints. |
