I live in Canada..I do not have great Credit and I had come across PineCrest National..who say they can help people with bad credit..So I applied for this loan. I was contacted by a gentlemen named George Stein..He requested that I send ID, proof of residence, and Employment..Which I had.He then later contacted me and said that I was approved for the loan I had requested but needed to send money for insurance on the loan since it was coming from a private lender..The amount was 1142.70( 3 months payment on the loan) which was sent to a lady by the name of Nicole BiBawi in Whitby Ontario through western union..and once that money was sent and they processed it I would receive my loan within two days.. Well two days later I received another phone call from George Stein stating that the Insurance company was not willing to insure the loan because I was a high risk do to my credit history..but if I sent another $812.00 which was another 2 months payment on my loan that the Insurance company was willing to insure the loan and everything would go through..So once again I sent another western union money transfer to the same lady Nicole Bibawi in Whitby Ontario..I was to receive my money the next day..July 28/2011..I did not receive anything..So I contacted George Stein again on July 29/2011..he stated that they had a problrem but the security department had reasuured him that the problem was fixed and that I would receive my money by 4:00 pm that day..Well nothing..I have tried to contact this office several times and have had no luck..I did contact the R.C.M.P(police) about this matter and they did some research only to find out that the people they ask you to send the money to DO NOT exist..The police informed me that once you send your money western union and you give Pine Crest National the MTCN number (which they request) they can go and claim that at any western union with out ID..THIS is how they scam you!!I am not sure if this will help anyone but PLEASE PLEASE be careful..I am hoping that more and more people will come forward so we can try and stop these people from doing this..Oh and they will tell you if you do contact the company that any complaints that are on the internet are from un happy clients..I had already sent them my money by the time I had seen another complaint about this company.So it was to late for myself..But for anyone else I hope this helps

| Sorry I would like to add to this that this company is located in New York so they say and that Cardif Pinnacle is also involved with this company!!! |

| They scamed me to for 900 dollars on July 29 2011 I was suppose to get a 5000 dollar loan today and I got nothing but unpaid rent |
