To whom it may concern, My family began searching for a dog to make our home complete. Our son would always want a puppy when we would visit at local pet stores. After debating for months we decided to research breeds that would fit our family and lifestyle. We decided that a boxer was perfect!
We got in touch with Mr. Thomas from Picture Perfect Boxers who seemed to have a lot of knowledge and we proceed to send him a deposit for a puppy. We later find out that he lied to us stating the puppies father was a champion "kodiak" and we never received copies of any health testing on either parent even after we purchased the puppy. Despite all this our little boy was set on a puppy so we went thru with the purchase. We picked up our puppy at Mr Thomas house. I must say, he had several dogs and multiple breeds. Many more dogs than he proclaimed. My wife was in shock. We thought we had done all the proper research to ensure we were buying from a responsible and reputable breeder and not some puppy mill. Thinking we might be over reacting a little we tried to remain positive.
He brought out our puppy and I was shocked to see his coat was very dull and he seemed quite small for a 9 week old puppy. I still thought I would wait for a veterinarian to evaluate his condition.
We left the Mr. Thomas's home and headed back home. The next morning we took our puppy to the vet.
This is what they tell us
The puppy weighed 4.3 lbs
Full of hook worms and giardia
Grade 4 heart murmor
1 testicle present (we were going to fix him so this wasn't a huge deal to me)
Coat was dry and dull
After a 200 dollar vet visit and several things wrong, I told my wife I would contact Mr. Thomas
He proceeds to have all these excuses and wouldn't take the puppy back. It was the worst experience I have ever had with an individual. I stumbled across this site searching for another boxer breeder because our puppy from Mr. Thomas died just shy of 15 months from cardio (heart)
I felt compelled to share my story in hopes of saving another family of such heartache as our family. When I contacted the BBB in regards to this person they assisted me and in turn have found out
that this man has quite the criminal back ground. Numerous forgery charges, assault, and registered sex offender!
When my wife read this she literally puked. My god, we had our 5 year old son at his home! In conclusion
Do your homework when buying a puppy. A person sales pitch on the phone may be good but I encourage you to check references. |

Post your proof you bought a puppy from Mr Thomas, Like, bill of sell, AKC papers and so on, You won't because you can not do that your a lying whore just like all the rip off reports and scam reports say you are, Your angry because you screwed the wrong one, I promise. you I know him and he will not back off until you are in jail

| I purchased a boxer for Billy Thomas around three years ago. At that time his operation was under a different name. It was B & L Boxers their web site seemed really impressive and I decided to drive 6 hours there to pick up a four month old female boxer. When I got to his property I can shocked at the conditions of his dogs. They were stuffed into small pins and standing in nothing but mud. One boxer started barking and Billy pick up a shovel and started hitting its pin screaming at it. I have NEVER seen animals treated so badly. When Billy brought out my dog she looked so bad. She was covered in fleas and didn't have any hair on her chest. My husband and I felt so bad we purchased her to get her out of those conditions. I took her to the vet the next day and was shocked to find the four month old puppy I had purchased was acutally a one year old dog and the AKC papers I received were not for this dog. The dog also had mange and worms. I had to spend around 300.00 to clear up the mange. When I contacted Billy he was so rude and called my vet a lier. This man is trouble and I would stay far away from him. Don't get caught up in his fancy web site like I did. He is a evil man to treat his animals the way he does. I contacted the police about the way he treated his pets and I also contacted child protective services for the conditions of the home which were absolutely disgusting. Stand clear of this man he is nothing but trouble. |

I know Billy Thomas has never went by nothing other than pictureperfectboxers, I have been to his home.And you are a lying person try to smear a good mans name in the mud like you are.You are the one that is evil to post something like this must be a euro dream follower, since there was never no complaints on him until he filed one on her Amanda Duckett.
Its funny how the AKC never has had one compliant on this person and why would child protective services be called when 3 years ago he did not have children.So that tells the whole world you don't know what you are talking about. Get a life better yet get a job, That way you don't have to breed dogs to get your hair done. |

I spoke will Billy, He remembers who you are, Yes you did buy a dog from him, You left out the part, that it did not come from one of his breeding's, You also left out the part, He saw when putting your name in the breeding list he give you the wrong papers, called you ask you nicely to bring them back and get the right ones you refused to do so, You was no more than 2 blocks from his home, He called the AKC had the papers canceled, Because he made a mistake, You wanted to keep the papers because of the bloodline, He said yeah I remember her she is really fat and nasty looking, From Arkansas, You thought you would out smart him well the joke is on you. So now who is crooked? You are think you had a really good bred dog when she was sold only as a pet to you...NOT for breeding.You are such a bad and evil person, I have one question.

Oh buy the way the female you bought from them, That is so called so bad is on their web site under cropped or not to crop ears, She really looks bad Huh, Your are nothing but a joke.I wish I had a chance at a nice boxer girl like her, and If you thought so bad about her why did you buy her, You felt BAD come on, If I saw a dog that looked as bad as you say, I would not buy it, I would just leave and call HSUA, So again the joke is on you.

I think the poor English and numerous misspelled words on his website and also in the numerous posts here that are obviously from the breeder with the very bad reputation, I think that really syas it all for me and will keep many other away for sure, apparently many of the picutes on his website are not even of his dogs but I heard have been stolen from actual reputable breeders websites.
From the people defending him here it is obvious it is either the breeder himself or a freind and it is obvious they have a very bad attitiude. I will definately steer clear.

| Bill Thomas has gone by another kennel name. It was T & L boxers you can verify this by looking at his reviews under picture perfect boxers. So what if the person who wrote this accidently put a b instead of a t. In my opinion I think all the other comments are true. I have been to his house and it was a mess and there are urine stains all over his carpet |

| I am the lady from Arkansas and I was given false AKC papers. Billy completely denied it for over a month even after I had a vet verify the papers were incorrect. Then when I turned him into AKC he came up with this story of how he accidently switched my papers. All I have to say is avoid this man. He should not be allowed to own dogs period, he does not know how to care for them. Please do not support this man and his business then maybe he will stop breeding dogs. His dogs deserve better he is a disgrace. |

I don't have carpet and just Boxerlover which boxers are not mine, Do i have to post the aks papers of the dogs I own on the web site ? You are talking about misspelled words, have you really read what you wrote?2 of my boxer boys won in to akc shows is that your problem, you can not beat my dogs.And what would any on you know about my attitude, You would know me if I was standing right beside you as most of the ppl that has commented on here that goes for you too.I can see you are ll euro dream followers.Get a life, You not going to stop me because I do things the right way.There has never been a law suit against me EVER, Now I am suing a few ppl and have done so in the pass and won.good luck with this.

I see there is an email address regarding someone that appears to want to sue Mr Thomas, Picture Perfect Boxers. The email is probably one that he made up or his girlfriend Angie
Break it down it says: mr so n so @ charter.net ([email protected]) I would be very careful and not respond to that email address.
Shame on breeders that do the things that has been done. These poor dogs and people have been done so wrong. Seems that this a redundant issue with this breeder. |

| Mr Thomas has stolen pictures from other breeders websites, and is now on the radar for most of us. It can be tricky, though, as he has a history of changing the name under which he does business. He has stolen other information pages that he has posted as his own as well. Moral of this story, go and see in person who you want to do business with. The internet can make any creep seem like a reputable breeder (or person for that matter.) He has been contacted by more than one breeder to remove things from his website that he stole. |

| I would highly recommend that he be avoided at all cost. He is not reputable, he steals pictures of dogs off websites and uses them for his own good. He claims he has been a breeder since the age of 13. He has claimed his male Kodiak is a champion that finished in 4 shows (not finished at all), He lies and buys dogs under his girl friends name-all under false pretense. This has gone on for years. Maybe someday people will wise up and stay clear of him. |

First...BOXER247 in above posts IS Billy Thomas and so is SOMEONEWHO CARES. He has had other kennel names, and that is on his OWN website posted by his Angie. " We are family owned and operated. Our original name was 'T and L' after me and Billy's last names. After our son Corbin was born we changed our kennel name to 'ABC' which stands for Angie, Billy and Corbin. We went for a different approach and decided to name it after our beloved Kodak" But also his website in 2008-2009 was Boxer247.com And who knows what inbetween until his current name of picture perfect.
He also states that he has had only Boxers...NOT true. You can find many ads and listings right from his own mouth which lists Bulldogs as well. Twitter for one, look for boxer247.
He does not keep his dogs until they pass as he states. Many ads, once again, where he is placing his adults including "their beloved Kodak". Many are no longer on his website... Where is Miss Clover????
