the People own all
of the Drug Patents
currently held by members of the Prescription Drug Cartel. Here's Why.
Mega Pharma, Inc. and the Chemical
Cocktail Company each gave the University(s) a half billion dollars
under the guise of funding research and development to advance the
field of medicine. These contributions are advertised as “no
strings attached†contributions to the University Medical School.
However, by way of sheer “coincidence†both Mega Pharma and
Chemical Cocktail just happen to be developing the next round of
poisonous chemical “cures†for whatever ails you. They are
diligently working on new and improved ways to synthesize crude oil
into a miracle cure for stupidity. You already know that the corrupt
politicians behind the funding will be exempt from ever having to
take any of the Stupidity Pills. Of course Mega Pharma and Chemical
Cocktail are enthusiastically backed by and banked by a few unnamed
oil magnates and a long list of past and present corrupt politicians
and heads of public agencies.
Mega Pharma, Chemical Cocktail and
the Slick Oil Company are then “allowed†by the same corrupt
politicians and agency heads to claim a refund of their taxes from
the Federal Tax Bank. It's all OK because the Federal Tax Bank is
“owned†and operated by the same unnamed oil magnates, corrupt
politicians and heads of public agencies mentioned earlier. The
business of government will not be magically reduced by an
amount equal to the “allowed†deduction. Big Government will
still require the same amount of cash to pay for the business of
government. So where will the corrupt politicians come up with the
money to cover their largess and ultimate loss suffered by the
Federal Tax Bank?
Very simple. The Corrupt
Politicians will direct the Federal Tax Bank to cover their largess
by tapping into our retirement fund and slush fund (aka the General
Fund). The pandering bureaucrats will then justify the business of
government by making up excuses, loudly claiming that they will have
to lay off all the teachers, firemen and policemen if we don't let
them raise our taxes (again).
So, by using our tax dollars to
subsidize Mega Pharma, Chemical Cocktail and Slick Oil they are
actually paying for the patents with our money. Since the Drug Cartel
in concert with the Oil Cartel used our money to pay for all the
research and development conducted by the University Hospital
shouldn't We the People actually own all right, title and interest in
all the drug patents? I think so.
Who among you, attorneys, whistle
blowers, medical professionals, research scientists and honest
government employees (there are a few of you) will join together with
Condomese®
to file a class action lawsuit to claim our rightful ownership of all
the past, present and future
Pharma Patents. We the People paid for and will continue to pay for
all the past, present
and future Pharma patents and most of the Slick Oil Patents with our
tax dollars.
All
those patents and the Billions
of dollars they bring in each week should come to us, We
the People.
