Pershing Auto Parts Bought a hood, took 3 months to get it. Arrived damaged beyond use. Promised refund never came Warrensburg, Illinois

I purchased a hood for a 2000 Honda Civic from Pershing Auto Parts after finding their name via EBay. I didn't complete the purchase through EBay but instead called the company directly.
I ordered the hood around the first week of July 2010. I got the run around for more than a month with them always saying "Oh it is shipping early next week" each time I called. It finally arrived near the end of August with damage that made it completely unusable. I called and then sent many pictures to "Stephanie" at Pershing who assured me that I would get a refund. Needless to say I am STILL waiting for my refund of $390.75 more than 4 months later. This place is a TOTAL SCAM and RIPOFF! They refuse to answer my emails and when I call they say they will look into it and call me back. They NEVER do. Next time I am in or around Illinois, you can be sure I am going to go cause a scene at Pershing Auto. In the meantime, I am going to be building a web site that calls them out. And I am going to submit it to every search engine on the web. You see, that is what I do for a living. Build and design web sites. If my campaign keeps someone from losing money to these crooks then at least I will have that piece of mind. YOU RIPPED ME OFF PERSHING... PREPARE TO BE REPAID!
