Per their website, I had ordered a set of gears both the drive and driven gears for my TH350. Paid 7.50 for shipping. 2 weeks later, I got the package. The 2 gears came in an envelope that cost 1.33 to ship. Don't fit. Wonder why? Oh, it's because their website was jacked up and too hard to understand. Email them, call them, told wrong gears, want to order new gears. They said, "ok, we will send you an invoice, pay through paypal." I asked about sending back gears and getting charged 20% restock fees, after contacting a supervisor I was told since I was buying another set, they wouldn't charge me restock. Okay. I pay same price as before. 1 1/2 weeks later, go the gears. Envelope again. $1.33 shipping cost again. Go to send back gears. I put it in an envelope. Costs me 1.33 to send it to them, 2 days later I got a 20.00 refund in my paypal account. Wow! Only took me 2 days to ship to them but took them 2 weeks to ship to me. A day later I realize that I was missing about 2.50 from my refund since they only charged me 7.50 for shipping; email them asking about 20% restock fee and said I was informed I wouldn't be charged. Person I emailed, Tammy I think, emailed back 2 days later saying she would find out what's up. Sends me back an email that says: It was for paypal fees. Thank You. WTF? You are making ME pay YOUR paypal fees??!?!?!?? Wait a minute, Paypal doesn't charge a dime when you go to refund someone's money on a purchase that went through paypal! I would know, I have refunded money before. So this piss poor company, charges 700% mark up for shipping, takes 2 weeks to get it to me, then charges me the same amount again and then low balls me on the refund. Worthless company. If i ever need another transmission part, I will pay the higher prices elsewhere just so I don't have to deal with such low life scum. I told them I would post my dealings online. If anyone from this shitty company sees this, please tell tammy I meant every ugly word I said to her in that last email. |
