This man is a regular crook and thief. Beware if he is a friend of yours, that's just a cover. Once he get your trust he will rip you off the way you would never expect. He will offer help in different situations just to get close and then he will offer you business transactions he will lie and lie endlessly, and when you try to help he will steal your money and run. I'm talking about thousands of dollars here, not just hundreds.

He uses different names, one of them is Peter Cubasi. He has business cards with the fake names. He came here from Chile (Peruvian born), his real name was Puroy Cubas, but he changed it to Percy.

Stay away from this low life, pathetic thief and crook. He is a great pretender.

He is also married with children, yet on dating sites trying to meet women. He tells them he works on computers late nights and that he has to work late night periods so that he is not obligated to meet up with them late at night and goes home with his family.

It's true. He does currently have a wife and young child (his second wife). He abandoned his first wife and two young boys several years ago apparently. This man gets on internet singles dating sites, although married, and lies about his true identity, profession, and education, and of course, marital status. He gets on these sites stating he is never married, no children, when in fact he has three children. Goes by Peter Cubasi a lot of times on these internet dating sites. He deals unethically with his computer business, as does his partner, Joyce Heftel, in West Hollywood. He lies and cheats without any sense of remorse or consience-- watch out, you're asking for trouble. I hope this saves someone a lot of heartache, trouble, and money.
