| Paulo Peixoto was the lawyer & accountant team who represented Greenland securites,when purchasing all their lands in Brazil, Arthur was also Involved as an advisor Paulo received all the legal fees to represent the clients when they origonally purchased the land plots/lots Now he is asking for more fees from the origonal clients to sue his OWN developer that he did the due dilligence for!!! what a peice of work, FACT ::: Braziliian lawyers " can Represent both sides the buyer and seller "in any deal. He represented and advised Greenland securities to purchase their projects, the former director was Steve Naish, who later went on to try to resolve coconut grove for former Investors, DOUBLE BUBLE!!! Paulo Peixoto is now asking greenland securities clients for funds to sue greenland securities ::::: what a peice of work!!!!!!!! This shows what low lifes they really are!!!! they take frome one side and then sue the other " what loyalty" I would not like to be in his shoes when the greenland owners get out of Prision. Dont fall, for his Sales Pitch the lawyers Just look at you as a ticket to make money, what a great pay day 200 clients all pay him to sue greenland, and greenland gave him the clients in the first place Dont Bite the Hand that feeds you. this is not the only Lawyer taking advantage of thuis situation keep an eye here to hear who the other is privatly they are Loving It and laughing at it all , Great pay day for them, Take this advise use a USA or UK based lawyer |

| I sense that it is only a matter of time until the police and disgruntled investors work out that the agents and brokers perhaps helped Greenland Securities to launder ther drug money by not checking the source of the income/funds to buy the land they used in this scam. Maybe the police should take a look at 'Paraiba Property Shop' John Curtis as a starting point. It seems as though this realtor in Joao Pessoa negotiated on the land in Jacuma and more and assisted transfer their funds for payment of the so called investments. It is also a fact that Steve Naish worked out of Paraiba Property Shop and often attended meetings there as a co-location. Steve Naish also had a lot of business dealings with John Curtis of Paraiba Property Shop. I do hope that you like investors get your money back. As for peixotoadvocacia.com Peixoto Advocacia Joao Pessoa, I would not rate your chances of seeing the money you invested back or your fees trying or not as the matter may be. My advice is stick with Brzillian constructors as they are far more liable to finish and deliver, but deliver late probably, however better late than never. GLTA |
