Poor Customer service fake email and scam comany [email protected]

Yesterday at 11:15 am I was contacted at home by a lawyer by the name of Eric Foster and he stated that he was a lawyer at law firm and he did not give a name of the law firm and he went on to tell me that a lawsuit was being filed against me for a loan that I had received from a unsecured loan company. Now I am a 19 yr old College student-athelete and Im not employed and the only way I can recieve a loan if I have a job because the loan has to be paid back. So Mr. Eric Foster as he so calls himself told me if I don't agree to this settlement of 561 dollars then I would be going to Jail and he was goin to send the cops to my house now. Also as we were speaking Mr. Foster as rude and disrespectful to me and that is not how a lawyer communicates with there clients. So I freak out and printed the papers that he sent to me through email and signed fax them back to him because I didn't know what was goin to happen to me, if would call the cops and have me arrested immediately because I know I did not take a loan because I don't meet the requirements for a loan right now. So I faxed him the settlement papers signed with a copy of my state id cause i was scarred he would call the cops on me. But I talked to my mom and explained her the situation and I gave her Mr. Eric Foster number. Which is (631)2096009 and she called him and he was very rude and disrespectful to her. now my mom works at a cafe inside a big law firm and she conversates with these lawyers everyday and they told her yesterday that it was a scam because lawyers don't present thereselves that way to protential clients and she also told me that she was getting me lawyer so they can try to track these people down and stop these people before they scam someone else. Im asking if someone can help stop these people from running these scams before someone gets hurt please!!!
