Paul Libman (Pawn America) Ripped me off with a NSF Check East Point, Georgia

I won a Gunbroker Auction and contacted Mr. Libman the seller. He asked for a Postal Money Order as payment and it was sent. When recieved, the revolver was in way less than the "choice" condition as represented in the ad. I contacted Mr. Libman and he agreed that I could return the revolver. I returned it with a letter asking for the purchase price of $300 and $30 Shipping. After many emails, phone calls etc. I finally received a check in the amount of $330. I deposited it in my bank and a few days later was notified that the check was NSF (no funds to cover it). I immediately contacted Mr. Libman via email, he apologized and said it was all an error and that I should re-deposit the check and it would be good. I checked with his bank and the check would still have been NSF, I sent Mr. Libman a slightly heated email and demanded a Postal Money Order in the amount of $330+the NSF charge of my bank. He has not responded to phone calls or emails for 2 weeks. This man owns a Pawn America in Atlanta, Georgia and does not have $330.00??? I have reported these events to Gunbroker and will soon contact the Atlanta DA's office. Beware of this man and his business.
