| Patience Bristol Killed my Aunt Aunt Rose needed a guardian after she broke her hip and suffered serious shock as a result of her injury. Our family was supportive of this move believing the things Patience Bristol told us. We live in Jackson Ville Florida, which made it difficult for us to take care of Rose. When Ms. Bristol became her guardian things became very difficult. Bristol cut her off from her family, blocked telephone calls, and forced my aunt into a private care giver home. My brother Dave became concerned and went to Las Vegas to talk with Patience Bristol. Bristol tried to seduce him by sitting on his lap and asking to be taken out to “party.†Dave told her he was married, Patience said “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.†Patience said Rose has more than $500,000 in the Henderson branch of Wells Fargo and if we can work together a lot of this money can be yours. Dave felt he had to play along. I believe they had at least 3 dates. Patience introduced my brother to her son and Dave said he slept in her home in Vegas. My brother learned Patience Bristol is under the control of Jared Shafer. Mr. Shafer according to Dave receives his orders directly from the Mormon Church from someone who is on the consul of 12 located in Salt Lake City. My brother went to the police, governor’s office, and state legislature, but no one wanted to listen. He said everyone in Nevada appears to be involved in this massive fraud. Patience said Mr. Shafer has judge Hoskin and Commissioner Norheim in his pocket. The state legislature defers all matters of family law to Mark Solomon of Solomon Dwiggons, Freer, & Morse who work directly for Shafer and Bristol. While under the influence, Patience said she believes Jared Shafer has stolen over 80 million dollars in a period of 30 years. This story appeared hard to believe, but when I accessed state property records I found Mr. Shafer had made over 1485 property transactions through the County Recorder’s office in Las Vegas. Shafer owns valuable commercial property and uses his wealth to block others unless they pay him a big fee. Jared Shafer’s properties grant him access to several local boards and he attends these meetings waiting to block building permits. I uncovered transactions involving Jared Shafer gifting property to democrat legislators in exchange for favors. Aunt Rose died mysteriously on July 9, 2010. Patience Bristol has filed papers with the court stating my Aunt died with no assets. I have been trying to get help for over 10 months since learning the news, but brick walls have been my result. The bottom line to all of this is a series of crimes is being committed. My brother will not come forward because of the compromising position Bristol put him in. Patience Bristol brags about being the front person for Jared Shafer. She told Dave her soft sweet voice hides Shafer’s rough appearance to the families so the stealing can begin. All any of us can do is keep putting the word out over the Internet through the scam report and other friendly blogs who allow users to post the truth. I wasn’t close to Aunt Rose, but the way she died is very wrong. |
