PandoraOnlineStore pandoracharms-jewellery.com sold my 15 year old son FAKE PANDORA JEWELRY, Internet
25th of Sep, 2011 by User331350
My 15 year old son purchased what he thought was Pandora Jewelry Charms from Pandora Online Store. The charms were advertised as genuine Sterling Silver Pandora Charms and were even marked .925 indicating the silver content. What he got was a silver plated "pot metal" charm that had the finish coming off within 6 weeks. When I contacted the company I was told "for what he paid for them he should have known they were imitations". I have tried to get my sons money back repeatedly but the company only offered $15 USD back. He purchased 6 charms @ $10 USD each plus shipping. I talked via email repeatedly with "Lucy" and have not received any further satisfaction for purchasing their cheap imitations. DO NOT BUY FROM Pandora Online Stores they are fake. Purchase from reputable U.S. based companies who will sell you the genuine product and not a fake.
