Pama management I.E. rentals Rented a dump to my family don't fallow thru with major repairs, lived in home while the replaced roof not once but twice

On our move in date we came to a home that was robbed of all appliances back door kicked in no maintenance was performed roof was supposed to be repaired house was flooded with no were else to go we had to move in, it took over a month for them to fix roof and then it was not done up to code and leaked even worse, they had to re-do roof because it was sited by building inspector. any work orders requested they sent unqualified maintenance whom I had to finish there work, and ether do not do back ground checks or hire convicts on purpose? same with office in San Jacinto most of them have prison tattoo's They are buying up house's in Hemet and San Jacinto so fast as they can, it is no wonder they don't have the money to do repairs for there residents every one they have rented to is going thru the same issue's they send four different work crews over and over and do nothing most of the time, all you have to do is sit in there office and see the complaints come in as people pay there rent... I am a stay at home dad and have a very ill wife and they do not give a crap my kids are sick all the time probably there is black mold I don't have the money to sue them, so I am hoping I can get some other renters on the band wagon and go after these scum sucking landlords, they are slum lords. sincerely Very concerned and stressed out stay at home dad, my name is Jim.
