In 2009 on my birthday in august I saw there ad in the cycle recycler... so they had an ad for 150 cc scooter ...a urban scooter.... so I went up there an bought it... they gave me the song and dance about "no problem, if u have any problems we will take care of it" "if u have any issues please bring it back and we will make it right" yo know... the whole kit an caboodle... so I get the bike delivered, and and ONE freakn month later.. it wont start, so i call them and tell me "if u can get it up here we can take a look???? get it up there??? then I had to rent a freakn UHAUL to tow my bike back to this forsakin place... it took them 3 fuckin weeks to fix it... and when i got it back.... 2 fuckin weeks later problems again!! i call up there and speak to a guy name mike i think he was the mgr at the time... but the customer service i got from those dudes was horrible!!!! they NEVER fixed my bike, never offered to exchange bike... and i was stuck with a $1000 door stop!!! DO NOT DO BIZ WITH THIS STORE!!! and if u think im lying...do your own research online in complaints with this store!! u will see the glaring complaints!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
