My name is Maria Guadalupe Carrasco Im the daughter of Jorge and Alicia Carrasco. We met this delinquent person name Luis Brand/charles Brand around october 2008 because we where thinking about a moving. This person went to our house and when he saw my father's art (mosaic pictures) he falled in love with them and he wanted to do some sort of exposition with them, he said he knew many rich important people.We gave him 10 pictures valued each around $3,000 because he said he had a show in Las Vegas and he for sure will sell them. After many months of claiming the pictures he returned us only 9 of them and he kept the one named John Lennon saying that somebody was very interested and he will get the money soon. Well after a year asking for it and after going to his office (his son always said Luis wasnt there at that moment and ignoring our phone calls), we gave up. We filed many complains and no problem solve. He still having the picture and we want or the money back or the picture which now probably will be so damaged.
