Oxymoor Hyundai Lied on Due bill to sale car Louisville , Kentucky |

Purchased 2006 Hummer. The check engine light was on. On due bill they wrote fix check engine light plus door handel. Took truck in they fixed door handel said gas cap was bad. The engine light came back on. They said evap bad. The light came back on. Said trottle body bad cleaned it said done. I paid to put new trottle body on 600 dollars. the light came back on. They became very rude now said done with me. I offered to trade it in on new car. They took 4000.00 off what I gave. Told me they were in buisness to make money. Have witness to this. I told them this is not the rightway to treat a customer. Told them they should fix the light or give me what I gave as trade in on new car. They became very very rude. Had Truck checked #5 cylinder was bad this is a common problem with Hummer. Filed complaint with BBB manger said they fixed check engine. The light is still on. Contacted Hummer or GM they said should have bought it on GM lot. They would have adressed it before they sold Truck. Looked at back of papers I signed to buy Truck. Found out I signed all right away. Even though they wrote on due bill to fix light they don't have too. That is why the manger keep saying they fixed it. He knew they didn't have too. So beware if you do buisness with someone who tells you they are in buisness to make money and don't care for the customer they deal with. The bottom line is make a buck hook or crook. The light is still on can't get rid of Truck. I can do what oxmoor Hyundai did run a test and get light to go off till computer resets. This would be dishonest to cheat someone when I know what is wrong. Too bad Oxmoor hyundai was raised the way I was. Still talking to GM they knew the heads were bad soft metal used to make heads. They went bankrupt 2008 so the company as was no longer exist. They are working with me. I take some blame should have checked the BBB on this company first. |
