i do not want to see anyone going thru what i have the last few months,ownerwiz came on as a great company and even warned us to be ready because they are so quick to put us in a home, so we paid the fee 40.00 to come on board then as you go thru different people you find out they all say something different,the first one tells me we will pay by month for what the house costs that is in our budget,then the second one tells us we will pay the 40 dollars a month every month till we can finance our home after our credit has been restored, the third one tells us we have up to 6 yrs to restore our credit. so we picked out our house 4 months ago,now were still waiting and what im told the home we dreamed of and was counting on as ownerwiz assured us they could do it for us is now gone and it would take an act of GOD to save it but it has a real prospect now to get the home.then when they get an investor his demands are now nothing like what ownerwiz told us theres would be that we could joyfully work in.there investor will go only 2 yrs waiting time. the first person you talk to does not have all the info only enough hipe to get your 40 dollars,then latter you find out all the extra costs you were not aware of or told about, like paying the 40 dollars a month for the years to come. my agent who is the last person you deal with was a comendable person and a hard worker so i have no problem with him, ownerwiz yes i do,build up your hopes and dreams and then bash them on the sidewalk so be aware of your dreams and who you put them with, imagine this if you can,28 acres in the catskill mountains in upstate ny,heavily forested,artisan well,2000 sq ft home,private trout stream,very very rual,with a barn.now imagine someone building up your dream and throwing you under the bus. i could say thanks but the truth is thanks for nothing!
