Poor/unprofessional customer service

I very reasonably explained my situation here that i had accidentally clicked the buy button on the pgae while trying to get a currency conversion.

I then received a very rude reply from a staff member here.

I find it completely unacceptable to be treated like I am an idiot and then to be called a liar, for something so simple as mistakenly clicking the buy button.

The complaint is about you calling him a bullshitter/retard/liar/stupid. Even if he got the refund the site admin has proceeded to again called him retarded, very unprofessional.
