This service provider (using the word loosely) is horrible. Stay clear! Our internet is constantly being disrupted throughout the day. Forget about streaming, the speeds are super slow, no matter how much you are paying. The CEO actually told us that it is acceptable that we receive speeds at 2 mps when we pay for 9 mps! They also told us if we go up to 20 we'll probably get 4 or 5 and that is acceptable to them! (You can't even stream HD at those speeds). We work from home as well and experience constant internet drops. Orbitel gives us the run around and they can't even keep their lies straight. We're getting Qwest this week - save yourself the stress and avoid this company. If you have this service, check your speeds (google speed test sites) and compare what you're actually getting for what you're actually paying for.
