I order 2 of the salon express products for my daughter and myself. I got a phone call from my credit card company that said there was alot of action on my card that looked suspicious. They asked me if I ordered off of the TV, and if I ordered salon express, and I said yes. Then they asked me if I had ordered numerous other items, and I said no. They said my number was given out and I had other charges that I didn't authorize. They cancelled my card and have sent me new ones, because they said there was fraud activity on my card. I received my salon express products today, and was shocked to find a $27.96 shipping/handling charge making my $20.00 order $47.96. Then to top it all off, my daughter and I decided to use the product that I purchased, only to discover that there was NO POSSIBLE way to make it work. The plates have designs in them for you to apply nail polish. There are no grooves for the nail polish to stay in for the stamp to pick it up. It is like a smooth lazer picture. You CanNot stamp the design on your nails. This product is a joke and a ripoff! I am afraid to send it back because I would have to give them my new credit card number to have them credit my account. The packing slip says money back guarantee less shipping/processsing and handling charges. I have read where people are still waiting for a refund, and I don't beleive that it cost that much to send this small light weight box! They took my money! Do not order from this company they are not trustworthy with your credit card information and their product is a joke!
