horrible customer service

ONLYMANNEQUINS SUCKS!!! I've ordered from several online retailers of mannequins. mannequinhub, Roxydiplayinc., and onlymannequins. I have had no problems with either mannequinhub or Roxydisplay (my personal favorite), but onlymannequins is a joke. I ordered 2 different mannequins at one time (the first time I did business with them). Needed them both to arrive on a timely basis for display. Through emails I was told that one of them was on backorder and that it was unknown when it would be back in stock. I told them to cancel that particular item, credit my credit card, and ordered it instead from another online retailer. 2 months later it showed up anyway. My card was never credited. When I attempted to contact someone by phone, I was told a return shipping label would be sent to me. I even gave them my email address if that would expedite the return label process. A week later, nothing. Called again. This time I was told that they were merely a warehouse and had nothing to do with returns, etc. The only way to contact these people is through emails. After doing this a couple of different times I NEVER received a reply. Obviously this company is littered with scumbags and I will never do business with them again. AVOID onlymannequins at all costs. They suck.
