I found One Call Does It All online searching for US based telemarketers using US callers after bad experiences with other firms using callers from India and the Philippines. This was an outbound, B2B sales campaign and experienced sales callers were needed. From the company website: "Our office is in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. We are highly trained, coordinated and all under one roof. Each Professional Telemarketer has been schooled extensively in the Art of Persuasion and Salesmanship. Our telemarketers have all been speaking English since birth." I spoke to Matt Harnest, the owner, at length about my bad experience using overseas callers and that I wanted US based callers. "We'll take care of you and start bringing in business. When do you want to start making money?" was the catchphrase repeated. I signed up for 100 hours at $1300, payment made via PayPal. I found it odd that Mr. Harnest told me he used no standard contract and we came up with something that he drafted and I edited "to make me feel comfortable." At the beginning of the campaign, I arranged an interview with my caller for a trial run. Mr. Harnest set up a 3 way conference call. As soon as my caller started talking, I asked him where he was from, and after a long pause, he confirmed from the Philippines. I politely ended the interview and spoke to Mr. Harnest privately, expressing my shock that this was not a US based caller, referencing our conversations, etc. Mr. Harnest defended that he never came out and told me he'd used US based callers, and that would cost another $5/hr. His callers would be successful because of his training and project management. I reluctantly proceeded with the campaign, telling Mr. Harnest I was VERY SKEPTICAL of the outcome and I would not let this go on with no results for the full term. There were intial database problems where I received no call reports, and after 4-5 days of calls with my original caller, no appointments, no emails, no results. I spoke to Mr. Harnest and asked for resolution expressing dissatisfaction that no "Project Manager" was watching this campaign and I was the one monitoring results of limited information call sheets. He switched callers. After two more days of her calls receiving the same boilerplate call reports with no plan to improve and a handful of emails for assistants to send info., I contacted Mr. Harnest and requested a refund, NOT A FULL REFUND, JUST ON HOURS NOT YET SPENT ON CALLS. Mr. Harnest rejected my request saying there were no refunds, that his "guarranteed results" statement on his website only applied to if I used his company services through Elance or Guru.com. This is NOT stated on his website advertising. I emailed Mr. Harnest telling him he was not standing by his product and I would lodge a complaint with BBB and RipOffReport. No response. This company is bad news with a capital B. Be warned they have some positive reviews on said Guru and Elance websites. There was intentional deception in my case that could have been avoided. If I had known callers were from overseas I would have never engaged the firm. Statiing that your website guarantee of performance only applies if you hire them on a 3rd party site is in very poor taste and again, misleading. FYI, check around RipOffReport and you won't find me complaining about any other company in 45 years of life. I don't slam companies for kicks and have always been able to resolve disputes working with the business directly. |

I had the same experience with 1calldoesitall and Matt Harnest. Matt operates via theft by deception. He clearly deceives customers into believing that is runs a fully US based operation. He takes money upfront and then hopes that you don't find out that does not use real american based callers. When you call him out on it he just keeps your money and sends you on your way. |

The almost exact same thing happened to me. All the callers are from the Philippines. I was only scammed $300 from this prick. I asked for a refund on day 1 out of 5 at least for the unused hours - he said that he doesn't issue refunds.
STAY WELL WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND MATT HARNEST - HE IS A BIG SCAMMER!!! |

These Complaints are a smoke screen for Extortionists, Blackmailers, Slanderous CRIMINALS! In fact most are written by the same person. If you want the Truth, go to the source. Ask the owner and get the WHOLE TRUTH. |

I had the same experience with One Call Does it All. I have filed my complaint with the BBB.
We contacted One Call Does it All to set appts for our company. We sell alarm systems to homes and businesses. When I talked to Matt at One call does it all, he said all telemarketers would have full English accent. I asked multiple times verifying they would have no accent. He said they would not. I asked for recording the first day his team made calls because they were not hitting normal sales goals. When I received the recording the next day all telemarketers had accents! They were misrepresenting the product and not sticking to the script we had gave them. They set 3 appointments in what they claim 31 hours of calls. We have been doing this for 3 years and have NEVER had a call center rep go more than 2 hours with out setting an appt. Our average reps set 2-3 appts an hour and our top reps set 5 appts an hour. So logically it made no sense for them to go 31 hours only setting 3 appts. Our Sales Rep showed up to the first appt and the lady thought we were a completely different company. She said the person on the phone said we were coming to do maintenance on her building. One Call Does it All conveniently could not find the recording for that call. When we listened to the recording for the other 2 appts they lied about the product and services. So they shouldn't even be considered appts. One person said multiple times they did not want to meet with a sales rep and the telemarketer still booked the appt. When I brought this up with Matt he said "A lot of times people say no but don't really mean it". I understand that they can't guarantee results but I when you aren't sticking to the original script there is probably a reason results are not being achieved. Once I listened to the recording I called Matt and said I felt like our original contract was breached because all callers had accents and they were not sticking to the script. He said he could give me 5 more hours of calling since results were not achieved. I said we wanted a full refund or we would get our lawyers involved. |
