If you have a complaint with these people contact the state attorney's office in your area to close them down. Onceuponateacup Onceuponateacup.com are SCAMMERS they are selling sick puppy mill dogs that have FAKE round eyes and the are 5 weeks old and they take the pictures and tell people they are older. shame on them.. The dogs are not old enough and they are breaking the importation laws and the state attorney's office has been contacted for investigation. It's funny how they are the only ones and several other websites buying the dogs from the same place and they all have "large photoshoped" eyes. Every other breeder in america have dogs with "normal" eyes. They photoshop them to look cuter and that is ripping and scamming clients. They will be closed down for sure. The puppies are photoshopped and I have found out that she is getting the puppies from a Korean Puppy Mill Breeder. If you type Jung puppy club in google you can see all the complaints about this puppy seller too. I have read and heard of horrible things and I should have done my research as now I have invest $5000 into a dog that I could have adopted at the shelter for $50. My puppies face is totally different than photos and the nose is longer and eyes are smaller and the coat is not good quality.. I am going to report her to the better business bureau for fraud and also tell all other consumers to not buy from her as she is ripping you off! She should be shut down! Please warn all to stay away from Ginger Turk at Once Upon a Teapup! Website: www/.onceuponateapup.com Big Time Scammer! I will be posting this complaint all over google as others should not have to be lied too the way she has done me! I also have been doing research and found out that XXX and Ginger lie about dogs ages to make their puppies seem smaller than they actually are as my vet estimates my dog to be 4 to 5 pounds and she told me it would be 2 to 2 1/2'. I am not happy with my maltese I bought from her and everyone will know about it?. Do not trust her references on her website as they are fraud and makeup as well as she took a picture of her family member with a dog and made up lies about it?. Many of these pictures have been taken from other websites I have seen I am sure of it,. Ginger Turk is a scammer and liar at Once Upon A Teapup and should be put out of business!. I am in contact with her local authorities and animal welfare agencies to have her shut down! |

| Just to let you know darling, this is not fraud but maybe, very maybe false advertising, however, how many times have you gone into mcdonalds and bought a photoshopped hamburger? Border line false advertising at the worse (also notoriously hard to prove) but definately not fraud I'm affraid. Sorry |
