Old Savannah Tours Refused to honor written confirmation, then after promising full refund, they never refunded my money. Ripoff and cheats! Savanna

After receiving a written confirmation on my computer for a tour, I made full plans for dinner and other entertainment for myself and others. The next day they called to say sorry, they had messed up and overbooked the tour. I was livid because of all the plans made around this tour. All they would say was, tough! They did promise a complete refund, but obviously would not pay for all my wasted efforts or all my new efforts to change all plans for everyone now because of their blunder. The extra costs involved due to other cancellations and rebookings or late bookings were to be covered by me as they absolutely did not care at all. It was just oh well and we will be happy to refund your money. I still have their recordings on my phone which I am happy to play for people so they will know I am not exaggerating about what a scam this company is. Then to top it all off. They never refunded my money. I had to go to the credit card company and file against them to get my money back. Fortunately this was easy to do since I did have their recordings saying tough luck to me. There are wonderful tour companies in Savannah. STAY AWAY FROM OLD SAVANNAH TOURS THEY ARE CROOKS! I can promise you, that you will so much happier using any other service but theirs.
