Ocwen Loan Servicing Fraudulant , Deceptive, Harrassing, Liars Nationwide, Nationwide

I have been dealing with Ocwen for the last five miserable years! They have destroyed my credit, charged me fraudulent charges, and basically made my life a living nightmare. I have lived in my home for almost 18 years. Seven years ago I decided to buy the house and Aegis was the mortgage holder. Unfortunately Aegis filed bankruptcy and changed their name to Ocwen. From that day forward the nightmare began. First my payments were rejected because I didn't have a contract with them. This put me in default! After six long months of their inability to make out the papers properly, things were finally on the right track. Except I now owed more than the original loan was for. Within a year they started to send me certified "junk" mail and started adding the mail charge to my account. I was told that this would be taken off. That it was a mistake! After six months went by the mail stopped coming but the phone calls started. They wanted me to add extra insurance or use their services for furnace repair or they have a promotional offer, ect. I stopped answering my phone!! The next year I was informed that a new contract needed to be drawn up to stop my revolving interest rate. Sounds good, right? Only it took them another three months to get that paperwork right. Once again no payments were accepted until the correct paperwork was signed. DEFAULT again. Now we start all over again! After about nine months we were back on track.... owing the original amount again and my payments were even higher! To top it all off, since i had defaulted twice they were forcing me to have their homeowners insurance. This insurance only covers structural not personal items and it is twice as much as I was paying before. On top of that they had the house "appraised" and a title search done. Really? No one came to look at the house or take pictures. The title company told me the search can be done online and the inspection was probably done via Google earth. This cost me another $500. Of course this was added to my mortgage payments. (they have done this at least five times in the last five years!!) If I pay a late fee, it now goes in a suspence account and not on my late fee payment. They can't read where it says late fee amount and just keep adding it to the bill. It is about that time of year when my payments are late due to my employment being on down time and i know they are going to pull the same trick at tax time and say I have to pay all these charges.. OR ELSE!!!!! Last February it cost me $3000 in fines and penalties to keep my home. After it was all paid they still did not apply the monies to the correct ares and I was still left in a small hole that has gotton bigger over time! How are they getting away with this? The stories get longer and worse, and every month I wonder what Ocwen is going to pull next. The certified mail is back! The bogus charges are back! The run a round on the phone is never ending and I still owe about the same amount all these years later! I can't modify my mortgage because they claim I am not eligible. I was even told that our President can't make them comply because they are based in India, not the US, so our laws don't apply to them. Can someone please help me fight them? Ocwen has made it so that financially I can't afford to pay a lawyer here to fight them, and they have destroyed my credit so that refinancing with another company is out of the question. I don't want to sell my home to get away from them, or lose it because of them! I am interested in a class action lawsuit if someone out there can help me. I am in Indiana and there are plenty of us right here in my town that have Ocwen. Every person I have ever mentioned the name to says "I feel sorry for you!" (even the lady at Western Union where I made my last payment) Please, please help me to stop this unjust company from destroying my life even more, and everyone else too.
