I find out more and more each day there are not many "good guys " left in this world: I will give Ed Magedson and his team credit for helping the FBI and the United states Government credit for catchimg Anthony Demarco and the slugs. Ripoff Report is one of those real Good Guys,this site catches all the criminals and its free!!! Hard to believe but true. Now lets talk about Ocwen,who now has acquired Litton Loan Servicin,they are a subprime mortgage lender who took over TBW which was shut down by the FHA.
The scam with DeMarco involved Taylor Bean and Whittaker on many of the homes that were scammed and purchased by investors aka" Strawbuyers"
Many of these Strawbuyers received large sums of money from DeMarco,took out loans and also received rent all from the origianl homeowners that were scammed. Our homes eventaually went into foreclosure in some cases Bankruptcy but under the strawbuyers name: This gets worse becasue now that Demarco has stole millions of dolllars from 120 homeowners,the investors who purchased the homes are now in foreclosure but they don't care they are not about to face eviction, we are,the origianl homeowners. The United states Government has set up a Mediation Process to try and save our homes and Ocwen has the mortgage on my home and Ocwen along with Freddie Mac sent documents they may give us a new loan or try to save our homes.
I mailed in all the documents in August and on December 1,2011 I received notifiacation from Ocwen that they cannnot offer a loan or any resolution to save the property. What a great Xmas gift!!! I paid rent,150,000 in equity was stolen , the strawbuyers got paid off and now I am getting ready to be evicted?? Of course I along with the others that received this great news for the Holiday Season do have the option to go to" Mediation". I do not understand why Ocwen was chosen to take over TBW and now they have Litton Loan !!
There are so many scam reports and lawsuits against them. Why would our Government choose them. It does not look good for me,justice was served when scam and the FBI caught the low life predators. But now it seems like Ocwen will be getting our homes taht were stolen from us. There is no justice for the little guy,there are however "Bailouts" for the banks and Morthage companies.
This is so corrupt,the strwbuyers get away with the scam,and the original homeowner gets nothing.
Once again we were not asking for a free ride,just a loan so we could get back our homes and start living like real people,instead noone wants to help us.
Thank you Ocwen and Freddie Mac from the Bottom of my Heart!!! Ed you and scam Report are what make this the great USA ,without this site these slugs aka Demarco and Opm would still be operating.
