OCWEN FINANCIAL/MORTGAGE OCWEN LOAN FORECLOSED ON MY HOME, Internet |

They took my home of eleven years away. My fourteen year old son and I have no where to go when the sheriff department shows up with an eviction notice. I have called and spoken to probably every one of India's customer support people hired by Ocwen, you cannot understand them because of their heavy dialect accent. I have called again and again, sometimes I have been on hold-now get this- 107 minutes only to be disconnected. I have asked to speak to a US citizen residing in the USA and only being told "We are them and we handle this for them". Jxxxx Cxxxx, months and months of trying to save my home and all to no avail. They have amassed over 25 thousand dollars of penalties and fees and told me thats how it is. The government of the United States should squash this company and save their customers. Well, thats not gonna happen. I have gone through loan mods previously with them only to be stonewalled one last time. They sent me a letter, never had a call or any related matter sent to me. They gave me 48 hours, sure I had that kind of money growing on a tree out back..... So, here I sit wondering where I and my son will be sleeping after the evict me. I swear someone needs to split that company wide open and see the corporate evil and fraud that is festering inside. I have been laid off two times in less than two years because of the economy that the lenders put us in the first place, where is the justice. Just like I heard a friend of mine say, "You are a drop of water in the ocean, the Ocwen people will never notice a drop gone or put back. My son and I don't resemble in any a way a drop of water, but they don't care. To hell with them, every one at the top of that company. Good luck to fellow citizens that are getting screwed by them, I feel the pain. |
