They threw me out for refusing Psychiatric drugs, (medication compliance) and no refund for my family. They use to make it "my fault". Beware, When you ask these people a question they don't want to answer, they return it with a question in response instead of answering it. Watch for this. Protect Yourself Against Misdiagnosis and Abuse This Psychiatric Diagnosis Abuse Report Form is for your protection. You can fill out this form and provide it to your legal representative and insurance carrier to take further action. Anyone diagnosed with a psychiatric (mental) disorder and/or their parent or guardian has the right to informed consent before any treatment is undertaken. Unlike diagnoses for medical conditions, psychiatrists do not have blood tests or any other biological tests to ascertain the presence or absence of a mental illness. It is important to know that according to one state government medical manual, “Mental health professionals working within a mental health system have a professional and a legal obligation to recognize the presence of physical disease in their patients†and to rule out any physical condition causing “a patient’s mental disorder.†Psychiatrists rarely conduct thorough physical examinations to rule out medical conditions, thereby misdiagnosing the patient. This can result in inappropriate and dangerous treatment, added to the fact that the real underlying medical condition is left untreated. Treatment for alleged mental illness is also extremely expensive to you or to your insurance company. Further, if a psychiatrist asserts that your mental condition is caused by a “chemical imbalance†in the brain or is a neurobiological disorder, you have the right to ask for the lab test or other test to prove the accuracy of that diagnosis. Look at this bull**** from: Multiple diseases often co-exist in a single client. Co-existing disorders, commonly termed Dual Diagnosis, can be identified during the evaluation process. The evaluation processs is during drug or alcohol withdrawal ! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM ! And the truth : Drug abuse, including alcohol !!!! and prescription drugs can induce symptomatology which resembles mental illness. This can occur both in the intoxicated state and also during the withdrawal state. In some cases these substance induced psychiatric disorders can persist long after detoxification, such as prolonged psychosis or depression after amphetamine or cocaine abuse. A protracted withdrawal syndrome can also occur with symptoms persisting for months after cessation of use. Benzodiazepines are the most notable drug for inducing prolonged withdrawal effects with symptoms sometimes persisting for years after cessation of use. Severe anxiety and depression are commonly induced by sustained alcohol abuse which in most cases abates with prolonged abstinence. Even moderate alcohol sustained use may increase anxiety and depression levels in some individuals. In most cases these drug induced psychiatric disorders fade away with prolonged abstinence From: Beware, When you ask these people a question they don't want to answer, they return it with a question in response instead of answering it. Watch for this. This video looks like me at this place, note the last side effect: |

DuaI Diagnosis, can be identified during the evaIuation process ? they say. The evaIuation Process is during acute and post acute withdrawI from drugs or aIcohoI !
Since when are thoughts feeIings and emotions a "disease" any way ?

“In short, the whoIe business of creating psychiatric categories of ‘disease, ’ formaIizing them with consensus, and subsequentIy ascribing diagnostic codes to them, which in turn Ieads to their use for insurance biIIing, is nothing but an extended racket furnishing psychiatry a pseudo-scientific aura. The perpetrators are, of course, feeding at the pubIic trough.”—Dr. Thomas Dorman, internist and member of the RoyaI CoIIege of Physicians of the UK, FeIIow, RoyaI CoIIege of Physicians of Canada
“There are no objective tests in psychiatry, no X-ray, Iaboratory, or exam finding that says definitiveIy that someone does or does not have a mentaI disorder.”

I rejected this Idea of psychiaric drugging as an aIcohoIism cure and was thrown out for non medication compIiance at Oceanside Treatment Center in Juno Beach FIorida Three weeks into my recovery and didn't get a refund.
>>>>> ! ! ! This was done as a Iesson to the others ! Medication compIiance is just a nice word for coerced medication. This is used for those nueroIeptic shut-u-up zombie drugs they like to give out olanzapine, risperidone, and quetiapine (Seroquel).
There is no more fundamentaI human right than the right to bodiIy integrity. A haIImark of most IegaI systems is that innocent peopIe are protected from anything happening to their own body without their consent. According to an articIe in the DePauI JournaI of HeaIth Care Iaw: "True consent to what happens to one's seIf is the informed exercise of choice, and that entaiIs an opportunity to evaIuate knowIedgeabIy the options avaiIabIe and the risks attendant upon each." |

Its dual billing disorder disease !
I maintain my right not to have any psychiatric evaluation or diagnosis based upon the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) as such diagnoses are unreliable. According to Allen Frances, who was chairman of the fourth edition of DSM, “There are no objective tests in psychiatry—no X-ray, laboratory, or exam finding that says definitely that someone does or does not have a mental disorder.” (“Psychiatric Fads and Overdiagnosis, ” Psychology Today, 2 June 2010.) Additionally, the DSM system is not scientific. It’s own editors state that “there is no assumption that each category of mental disorder is a completely discrete entity with absolute boundaries dividing it from other mental disorders or from no mental disorder.” (DSM-IV, pg. xxii)
Such codes and descriptions should not be entered into my medical records as this unreliable and unscientific information will remain in my records and may wrongly influence any future medical treatment I might receive. |
