Oceans Lab World Wide Health Freedom Alliance Took my order, but did not provide a legitimate tracking number, Internet |
12th of Nov, 2010 by User743845 |
I have received emails from Health Freedom Alliance for sometime, but was not drawn to purchase anything from them, until the mentioned there being a special on a home Bio-Cellular Test Kit. I ordered it and an order of MMS over the phone, two days ago, Thursday, 11/11/10. The fellow on the phone said he was talking from Boca Raton, Florida. The next day, 11/12/10, I received 2 emails in response to the order, though I had only placed a single order. I got sinking idea that maybe I had a double charge on my credit card. I called the 800 number on the contact page of Oceans Lab website, got a message machine, but got no call back. I sent an email after I saw that there was no way I could track a shipping number they gave. I started to check on Oceans Lab WW on the internet and saw Feb.'10 complaints on these same entities in RipOffReport. People reported never receiving ordered items and the note on their paid reports saying "Awaiting Fullfilment." That is the same terminology used on my credit card statement that I asked my bank to print up. I have just sent off an email on Ocean Labs form telling them that I am asking for a refund and that, in fact, if they have shipped the item, it will not be accepted. I asked for a credit to my card charge. I will be asking my credit card company for a charge back. Thank you for this opportunity to post, RipOffReport. I will follow-up when this is settled. There are more and more disreputable entities making a unscrupulous living on the internet. |

I too have ordered from HFA and have been ripped off. I purcahsed the Food INc DVD and never received it even though they took my money from paypal. After dozens of emails I have not had one reply or been able to revoke my payment. I cannot find a phone number or any contact info for them. Can any one help? At least spread the word or report these scammers.

I ordered some MMS kits from them. When 10 days had passed without any word from them I emailed them asking when I would receive the product. My account status said "waiting to be fulfilled". I had not gotten a reply so I sent another email. When I did not get a reply again I called their number. There was a recording that said the mail box was full and I was not able to leave a message. The good thing in all this is that I had used PayPal to pay for my order. I filed a dispute and now it has been over 2 weeks and still no contact from Bruce Purlowin. (he is the one that withdrew the funds from PayPal) My status on my account says that "this order has been marked as refunded. Still no word from him. And Authorize.net is unable to verify the site. Well anyway I will get my money back although this has been nothing but aggravation!
