| I bought a groupon for this company in February. I spent 10 for the groupon and 11.87 out of my own pocket. A month later the order still had not shipped. After fighting with groupon I finally received a refund from them. This company refuses to give me a refund and whenever I write them they ask for the order number and I give it. Then a week later after dozens of emails they will finally write me back and make a nasty remark, like calling me immature for wanting 11.87 cents back. A week or so later they will finally respond to another email and ask for the order number. It is a circle they keep taking me around. They seem to think it is a game. They have written things to me like "dont ever order from us again!" My response is, Um Hello? Why would I? I have not received my refund yet?! It has been 3 months. They respond with "oh youre mature arent you?" I feel like im dealing with an 8 yr old. This makes no sense to me. I tried contacting them through facebook and they blocked me. I finally just got another response from them...asking for my order number....again....And the cycle re starts itself.... |

However I'm highly disappointed to state that the order was incomplete and does not contain the following item that I had ordered,
1 pound Pistachios, 202A-307 Pistachios - Roasted Salted - In Shell (One Pound Bag) 1 $10.44
Also, the cashew which I received are almost in powder form and of VERY POOR quality.
I feel I have been cheated of my hard earned money for having purchased this. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with NUTTY GUYS. I have sent them several mails and they are not responding or acknowledging.
Complaints Board, KINDLY TAKE A LOOK AND HAVE THIS CORRECTED. Appreciate your help & Thanks in advance. |
