Do not do any business with NTX Tool Warehouse. They are reluctant to admitt mistakes made by company personnel. The customer is then made to pay for there incompetence. My experience involved an tool order. Waited a period of time with no information from the company. (about a month). Email not replied to. After some trouble finding a person to look into order, I was informed there was a factory backorder of two months. I asked to have the ordered cancelled at that time. Company personnel seemed reluctant to accept this. Further telephone calls and I was assured the order would be cancelled. This being before the tool was available from the factory. A package arrives after email notification and my attempts to learn why the order had not been cancelled. Further telephone conversations. NTX Tools agrees to return of the tool. Email received stating the company had refunded money, minus restocking fee. I payed for shipping from comapny warehouse to my location, back to warehouse, and also stuck with a restock fee. These charges cost more than the tool! The call center did not log my cancellation requests, obviously did nothing to stop the cancelled order, to the advantage of NTX Tool warehouse, and I am left paying more money than the original cost of the tool! Nathan Alexander, the manager, passes the buck for his employees mistakes to his customers. I will never deal with this company in future. I urge all who read this to also avoid business with NTX Tool Warehouse. Sloppy service, claimed no log of cancellation request, because employee did nothing when asked to cancel order, and will not accept responsibility for there mistakes.
