Northseaprojects No Site, No Support Pen, Internet

I built a new site in ESB Hosting webspace and decided to launch on Thursday 8th December, I had paid ESB for aSSL security certificate as I waned to be sure my site was secure, I had a huge response to my website and when I got up on Sat 10th I had received a mail from ESB Host to say that they were upgrading the server called Main1 of which my site was hosted, they asked me to take a backup just in cas and the site would be offline for no more than 3 hours. I went to cpanel to take the backup and the site disappeared so I could not backup. Since then I have sent numerous e-mails to find out what is going on, I have no reply, no support and 6 days later no site as the sever is still down, 2 days ago I received a mail from lindsey to say the server had been completed and sites were being reloaded. I have moved to a new host and despite my numerous pleas I cannot get back my site with databse. I am now at my wits end. I have lost everything and paid for new hosting etc. I will have to start from scratch again now and with around 50 new customers screaming at me it is very stressful. I need my site back or at least some compensation for loss of buisiness as I can't even get a reply to my support tickets even though they promise 24/7 support, so basically I lost my money,my site and they prefer to ignore my mails rather than admit they lost everything.
