I went to this dealership and was told by the guy online they could take my vehicle as trade in and even with the negative equity on it. Which time they appraised my van and said they would only give 3000 for it and worht 6200 so that was big scam. Then they made us sit and wiat and I told them up from the balance we owed over 12000 and it would have the negative on the vehicle. They ran credit and then kept asking for money to put down when we told them we have none to put down right now. It like a scam to get you in and then try and get up to do stuff and even though they know you wont get approved or it wont be a deal you like at all. The other thing they just handed the key back for our van that we have now and just said have nice day. They were exteremly rude and just unproffessial in all aspects. We didnt tell us where the van was and they took another few minutes just to find it since they didnt know where extactly it was at. It was in the back behind a wall and could not even see it at all. Dont buy from them they are true meaning of giving you the run around and I will let every person I know and so on to never ever go there and that way they dont get the buiness to stay open.
