NING NING does not OWN my intellectual property or that of 400 other UK people????????????? america, Internet

I joined NING back in 2007, I started with a blank canvas, spending 15 hours a day or more adding people & new members to the group & 2 networks. I invited photographers, Models, MUA,s and general public to the networks, through word of mouth, advertising on facebook. When I signed up with NING it was totally FREE, and they made no mention of introuducing a pricing stratedgy. The network grew over months & months, in turn it took me over 2 years to build 2 social networking sites from scratch. I never knew for one minute that they would introduce a pricing system, and believed as many others did, their network was FREE. I spent many hours & days & weeks of my life building it up from nothing. Since NING introduced their pricing system, I and all my members have been locked out of the site if we didnt opt in to pay their prices. I have no access to get ito my site at all. I cannot even get into my site to remove any of my content which is protected by UK copyright law. I had over 450 members on my photography networks, with who are all protected by UK copyright laws! I feel totally betrayed by this company, how they can do such a dirty deed, to those, who actually helped them GROW by spreading the word! I would like to see this company brought to justice for betraying us all, but even worse still, how can they deny you access, to property which is intellectually your own? ALL the material on 2 NING networks, is COPYRIGHTED, that includes images, and video.........
