It took 2 months for him to come back and tell me my price was again too high. The house was shown to only 2 or 3 people. He told us that he has someone who is very interested but the price is still too high. We lowered the price again and he made us reduce the price yet ONCE AGAIN. And voila! it was sold at less than 70% of the asking price. We were desperate and he knew it.

A year later, I met with the buyer, and found out that Nikolas Vidovic was actually a friend of his, and he reserved the house for him and made me lower my price so that he can sell and earn $ from his friend. I feel extremely ripped off.

Also beware! He is the cheapest person and sneakiest liar! Almost a pathological liar. He keeps talking about being from a "reputable family" with a dumbass "crest" and bla bla. If you do a little research, you'll see that Croatian crests don't even have unicorns.

I can only warn you: STAY AWAY & STAY AWAY. If you list your property with him, you're doomed and WILL lose money. I've spoken with 2 of his other clients and it's the same story.

He should be locked up behind bars. Anyone feeling the same please email me and we'll start a lawsuit or something. If you're reading this, you probably know what I'm talking about anyways!
