| Nick Antala : I bought a business from Nick. For the past several months I was unable to get him on the phone during normal business hours. I spoke to his one partime employee (yes 1 PARTIME employee) who finally stated he was working ANOTHER unrelated to my business, full time job. Then he tells me how hard it is to get my contracts that he promised me.(you think!!) He is not meeting with prospected clients for me, he is linning his pockets with another job! Now he blaiming other people, the economy, his emotional state on and on. He is not incompentent he is an idiot. |

| I bought a business from Nick C Antala based on his 7 page resume. When he started to train me on the computer I new I was in trouble. He couldnot work the software he sold me. I picked up the software training faster than him and I have trouble with the computer!! After I sued him we found out his resume was False. He is not MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). He does not know SAP or other systems!! He is in incompentent!! |

| This is a scam I called. This is where people from India use a referral network that is bogus. For years he represented he had a certification, he must of gotten it today. You stole my money. You did not deliver my contracts. You worked another job and told me you where working for me. You just shut down, you quit. You have lied. YOU ARE A CROOK. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!! |

If these are genuine complaints, why are the comments from an anonymous account. Also, I do not know of any individual by the name of Jim who is a current block owner. Rather than using an alias, if a legitimate name is provided, I would be more than happy to discuss the related matter. For those who need to reach me, you know how to get in touch with me.
It is also interesting that the only individual who received my CV was the seller of the business that was purchased in December 2010. The block owners never received my credentials, qualifications or background. It makes me wonder why the comments continue from an alias or anonymous writer.
