The two guys doing the moving went up the stairs with all of the furnitureThey set up the furniture in the roomsThe entire upstairs was just re-done with brand new wood laminate flooringWhen I went upstairs to inspect the furniture, I found scratches at the top of the stepsI then proceeded into each of the rooms that they delivered and set up the furniture in and found scratches in numerous places thoughout all of the rooms that they put furniture in.

I made notations on every page of the contract...I then called up their customer service department...A gal by the name of Niki told me to fill out paperwork, take pictures, and send them in for processing the claim...I followed everything she told me to do step by step via e-mail...I even asked her if I was doing everything properly.

At the end, I get a letter stating that my claim was denied because in a tiny paragraph on one of the 4 pages I signed it stated that they were not responsible for any damages to our home...When I called this gal Niki and asked why she made me take pictures and go thru all of the b.s. for no reason, she said that she had no idea that was in the contract.

Do I have any legal re-course...These people are absolutely horrible...I can't believe that a company should be able to get away with something like this...Please see if you can help me regarding this matter...If nothing else, I want everybody that needs to get a move done to know not to use these folks.
