'Newmont Trading Pty Ltd' - 'PBX300 - is one very questionable company!!!
The owner, 'Kevin Roy Dexter' registered his company as an Australian Proprietary Company in May 2013 - ABN 88163647765 and licensed as a 'Security Advisor' yet, apparently, 'Newmont Trading Pty Ltd' has operated for 13 years and the company has 1500 people working in their office ???. Their office is located at Garden City Park, 2404 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains ???. Upon further investigation, their office is in a building which rents virtual offices...one very ambiguous identity.
After multiple phone conversations with "James ?" and "Michael ?" who promised race selections of a Saturday morning, the company has failed to contact me (email) with these and does not answer their phone on a Saturday. Without the race selections, I haven't a bet to place!
After much hassling for previous week's results, I was sent the last three months of results (no company header) which are underwhelming in comparison to the results detailed in their glossy brochure (incorrect date and a week missing).
Could this be Larry Pickering ?? or his 'mates' (Kevin Roy Dexter) latest scam ???...
I have reported to the Office of Fair Trading, Queensland. |

Hi, I paid $1000. + Gst. - and agreed to pay the remainder ($5500) out of profits in approx.four months. Three hours after paying the $1100.- they wanted $2000.- for their trifectas/ quadrellas selections for the Sat. No selections were emailed to me the first two weeks.They tried to fob me off with a lot of lies when I kept ringing them for the selections.
Interestingly they forwarded two selections last Sat. -both favourites -both lost !
Reported to police who were excellent.

PLEASE report the scam to the police.
Suggest you write out your experience and immediately report every thing to the police.
They cannot get your money back, but they can take action to close them down (for the time being) if enough people report the bastards. The big problem is that these scumbags will be working from a virtual address, - are difficult to locate and can move on quickly.
Again-- PLEASE report your experience to the police as they will take action if they get a number of reports.

Police can only do so much !
If the public are silly or naive enough to hand over money to unknown people then it really becomes a civil matter to try and get it back. The cost of using a solicitor would outway the lost money. For example, where are they ? - they are working from a virtual office. Scumbags know this and exploit the rules for their gain.
Regarding selections - I suggest they sent me selections last Sat. to try and pacify me since I demanded my money back or I would report them -----. Looking forward to their selections tomorrow ?? (no doubt they will be favourites!). Their previous FOUR selections have not won, - (they claimed that a fortnight ago when they did not send me the Sat. selections that I was lucky as both of their selection had lost on that Sat., - but they had done very well with their trifectas ??? ).
I doubt if they will send me selections tomorrow !

Two selections on Sat 10 Aug., - both lost.
Since I joined, 3 weeks ago, they have not tipped a winner. This now makes 6 losses from their last 6 win selections.
Checking the last twelve months results, (brouchure plus 3 months results) shows it is their longest losing sequence .

Hi Mick, Happy new year!
My understanding of a virtual office is - an office paid for usually in a corporate building, which gives them a business address. The receptionist may work from this office but not necessarily. They generally pay a very cheap rent for the office, - because of the size. The principal players rarely work from this office (address). They communicate via phone / internet which allows them to be any place but the address. This makes them very difficult to locate.
I do not know of any person who has got thier money back. Thats the way many of these scumbags work.

They have used the same wording and images from the PBX300 website and list the same virtual address at Eight Mile Plains, Qld
Hopefully these guys will be caught and closed down soon!!! |
